Wildlife Adventure in Rajasthan
You will be surprised by Rajasthan the land of Contrasts, at every step. An extraordinary
variety of fauna and flora have flourished across the highly varied vegetation in
the large state. Rajasthan has a number of wildlife Sanctuaries and National parks
which draw thousands of visitors from across the world.
Rajasthan has nine major wildlife sanctuaries. Across the state, the species of
animals and birds vary with the type of vegetation - from desert grasslands to thorn
forests on rocky terrain, to thick jungles and waterlands.
Wander along picturesque trails and eco-tourism parks of Rajasthan, where wildlife
and vegetation coexist.
Spread over 392 sq. km, Ranthambore National Park is one of the finest tiger reserves
of the world under the Project Tiger and a favorite spot for photographers and film
directors. It is a home to some rare predators and Indian tigers, the biggest attraction
of this sanctuary.
Jhalana Jaipur natural trail in the Aravallis offers a close encounter with wildlife.
It can be explored on foot, in a jeep or on horseback.
