Jaipur Dental College, established in 2000, comes under the “Maharaj Vinayak Society” foundation. It  is affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur and is recognized by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, Dental Council of India, Govt. of Rajasthan.

Courses Offered

Jaipur Dental College offers certification in Dental Hygienist and Dental Mechanic. It conducts degree programs in B.D.S.  and P.G courses as M.D.S.

The time duration for certification is 2 years, for degree course is 5 years and for P.G course is 3 years. These courses are full time courses with an aim to produce competent, confident, caring dentists who will be an asset to the profession.

Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology, Jodhpur was established on 2 July 1965.

The college is affiliated to Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur for different courses.

At present approx 2200 students are enrolled in the various courses run by the college.

Courses Affiliated to Different Universities

Lachoo College conducts a number of courses which are affiliated to different universities. The courses affiliated to Jai Narain Vyas University are B.Sc Biotech, M.Sc Biotech, BCA, and BBA. The courses affiliated to Rajasthan technical university kola are MCA, MBA and the courses affiliated by Rajasthan University of health science, Jaipur are B.Pharm, M.Pharm.

Cultural Activities in Lachoo

Cultural activities play important role to enhance the complete personality of a student. Lachoo College focuses to organize various competitions, like dance, song, skit, instrumental music and many more every year during the month of December. Mathuradas Mathur Sports Academy is established in the college to organize games and sports events.

Different Associations in Lachoo

One specialty of Lachoo college is that, it has different associations like Science Association ( works to conduct activities like Science Exhibition, Lectures by Scientists, Paper Presentations), CASA(Computer Applications Students’) association( formed by the Students in 2002 to organize cultural activities, games, seminars, lectures, quiz), Sahitya Parishad (to encourage literary hobbies among students and teachers regular activities like Hindi, English debates, essay competitions, paper presentations).

Institute Profile Indian Institute of Crafts and Design, Jaipur (IICD), was established by the Government of Rajasthan for the development of handicrafts industry. The institute is managed by Ambuja Educational Institute.

Nodal centre for Craft and Design IICD is a unique institution which is working to develop the traditional knowledge and skills to evolve methodologies that are relevant to modern India. In Craft and Design it has been conceived as a nodal centre for excellence and playing an important role in handicrafts industry.

Education in IICD IICD conducts under graduate program is of 4 years / 8 semesters duration and post-graduation program of 2 and a half years / 5 semesters duration in which the students learn for developing knowledge and human-resources to bring a qualitative change in the Craft sector, working towards improving the quality of life of the craftsperson, enhancing the quality of craft products.

Overview of Facilities

Aayojan School of Architecture is situated on a 4 acres campus in RIICO Institutional block of Sitapura, Jaipur. Its main building is designed of an octagonal shaped, centrally located courtyard, which abuts the office.

The academic block of the college contains well furnished, lighted and ventilated studios, lecture rooms, A.V. halls, Computer labs, library, workshops for carpentry, smithy and civil, structure & surveying labs, material museum and arts studio. Courses and Admission Procedure

The college conducts the courses for B.Sc in home science, M.Sc and PhD in Food and Nutrition. For admission in College of Home Science Bikaner, a candidate must have bonafide domicile certificate prior to admission. A candidate can get admission in B.Sc Home science by clearing Joint Entrance Test (JET), in Masc. pre PG exam, conducted by the Controller of Examinations, Rajasthan Agricultural University.
