About GIT
Global Institute of Technology, popularly known as GIT Jaipur, is one of the leading engineering colleges in Rajasthan. Global Institute of Technology Society (GITS) has been promoted by Kandoi Group, an Industrial House engaged in manufacturing and Hospitality Business. Kandoi Group is actively involved in social activities such as running of charitable school and organizing Mobile Surgical Camps.
GIT holds ‘A’ distinction given by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). GIT was established in 2002. It is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
Aim and Vision
The aim behind the establishment of Global Institute of Technology is very clear and that is to produce competent professionals, every year by providing the high quality learning environment and value based education system in the field of Engineering and Management. It provides an environment where best of the professionals and students are able to accomplish their pursuits through quality teaching, training, publications, research and consultancy.
GIT Campus
The campus is spread over 10 acres of land situated in I.T. Park, Sitapura, Jaipur. The three college buildings are interconnected and have wide spread lawns which give the feeling of tranquility with a blend of modernity and tradition.
Faculty and Courses
The Institute conducts educational programmes leading to the degree of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A). One can get admission by clearing the exam of RPET and AIEEE for B.Tech and RMAT for M.B.A.
GIT focuses on recruitment of highly qualified faculty members who are devoted whole heartedly for the overall development of students. The institute is having high class faculty including professors, readers, lecturers etc.
Placements in GIT
The Institute has a well established Training & Placement Cell working with all seriousness exploring different areas of opportunities for placements. The college also organizes industrial tours and visits for imparting practical knowledge.
Many student have got placement in last few years in some of the reputable IT and Non-IT sector companies like Infosys, Accenture, Tech-Mahindra, Oracle, NEC-HCL, TRIANZ, Kanbay, ZDrive, Secure Meters Ltd etc.
